Today I am working on the last few touch ups of the project due tomorrow. I have the last paper due, which is needing some last minute construction. The e-folio is on its way to recovery and completion.
I have had my three week old niece come and visit from the mountains, and while I am trying diligently to finish the last minute works, I cannot but help but be enamoured by the little precous thing.
Writing the paper on Hamlet was not too hard a task, especially when I found the thesis on his nobility, however trying to compare the two movies we the students watched in class, it is a little trickier to compare and contrast. I find it easier just to talk about the difference and critque it with people versus to people via words. However I also realize that all this writing on different topics and its different styles is a way to help us learn how to write like a pro.
Every time I think I want to be a teacher, the hundreds of paper I have to read is unbearable and must to much harder for the teachers. We are all lucky and blessed to have gifts and talents to aide us with our endeavours, but kudos to the teachers who endure a long semeseter of lecturing, reading, explaining, revising, more reading and finally grading. Teaching english is not an easy task but it is necessary for the workforce!
Hopefully I will see everyone in class tomorrow. :)

words, words, words
I am at the college right now.. I just got through writing a gazillion words, ready to publish, when my internet had timed out, thus losing all my work. So 20 minutes worth of writing... gone!
I shall be back to talk!

Adieu Adieu to Hamlet!
So it is the eve before I turn in my paper on Shakesphere Hamlet. I am working on the last few details and will have it all ready for grading. WOW... what hard work! It was so complicated to start out to create a something that made sense. I felt that this was a much bigger piece to chew, there was alot of information to choose from.
I am glad this is done with, I now await to see how my efforts have paid off.

Hamlet!
Wow.... it has been forever since I have been on the blog. I completely forgot we had one! It has been an interesting week, actually it has been an interesting semester, period. Life has been a whirlwind, and with each turn the whirlwind throws obstacles and challenges that leave me totally exhausted. However, I am glad I have some whirlwinds, it keeps life interesting and challenges my character and makes a wiser person in the end. (Like never put too much plate!)
We have finished our poetry paper! Whoo hoo! It was a lot of fun. I found a really neat poem that I could pull nutritious information and write indepth about it. At the end of our writing assignments we (the class), had a change of scenery from our beloved classroom and sat in comfort of the library, while we read to each other our poetry. Quite a pleasant experience really.
For the past week we have moved away from poetry and are now moving into Hamlet. We have had so much fun watching the movie, with Kenneth Branaugh playing Hamlet's part. It is so well done! The fun part is watching and reading the play and completly putting ones' trust in the faithfullness of the actors staying true to the lines as are written in Shakesphere's book. The movie does an excellent job at provoking emotion. The book is easier to understand having once seen the visual equivelance. Poor Hamlet, how it must be like a prison to live in such a regal manner. How he has to hide in his little room to regain his energy and thought. He is required to hide his emotions, always appear a strong man with no worries. Oh, but how he grieves. Shakesphere has this character close to his father, King Hamlet. It is apparent from his passion the son feels with the loss of his father, young Hamlet cannot understand his mother's indifference almost toward the mourning of her husband. What an imagination the author had. Creating a ghost for the story that haunts in the night and reveals how the old king died! Further to have a crew of actors which are used at Hamlet's despense to re-enact the day his father was murdered. What a story of love, passion, revenge and sin. It is too painful to think about this story, because we still deal with the same issues today. There is hate, jealousy, revenge, passion that is destroyed and love that turns sour. This paper will be an interesting one to write about. So many arguments can be made, but to choose one will be an interesting challenge.
Well I must go on and continue with my day. It was good chin wagging with you all. Goodluck with your next assignment, and may we all finish well!

Final draft on paper 2
So the final is due tomorrow, and it has been an awesome project. I found a really funny but serious poem. I learned a lot, especially breaking this poem down into its tiny pieces which make it a whole.
I had a really busy weekend at a SGA conference in Raliegh, where we learned the effectiveness of good leadership and successful networking. It was a long busy weekend, but fun and interactive too. The weather was absolutely lovely, and the bedtimes were much needed, esp. with the hour change.
Tomorrow will be a fun day, I would like to get back in the swing of things and get studies on the roll, but I think it safe to say I'm ready for easter break.
See you all tomorrow.

I found my Poem!!
ABOUT CROWS
by John Ciardi
The old crow is getting slow;
the young crow is not.
Of what the young crow does not know,
the old crow knows a lot.
At knowing things,
the old crow is still the young crow’s master.
What does the old crow not know?
How to go faster.
The young crow flies above, below,
and ringsaround the slow old crow.
What does the fast young crow not know?
WHERE TO GO.

With all things, do your very best...
There is scripture in the bible that instruct believers to do the best they possibly can with whatever is infront of them... no matter how great or small it is, we need to put forth all our efforts and work hard at it until it is perfect. Right now... is where I am sewing these words onto my heart and sleeve and continue to do just that. Sometimes it gets hard to continously giving your best all the time, it gets tiring, you just want to give up. However I am reminded I don't have it as bad or difficult as others and that Christ when he was on Earth serving us, he gave His best and even rose from the dead. Wow... how amazing. I love all the lessons, trials, and happy peaceful moments, they are all tools of learning and expanding ones character and personality.
Hope everyone has a productive week! Chin up...
